USSD

This is a two-way live interaction service that is available on most handsets, new or old. USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) is presented in a textual format to a user whereby an input is supplied much in the same way as an SMS where a response is then provided. The structure of this service is menu driven where an option can be selected by a user to fulfil a task.
